Mixed Media Stule Canvas by Aditi Mahajan

Hello Crafty Friends,
Today I am here on prika’s blog to share a mixed media stule canvas using Lindy’s Stamp Gang Products. Here’s a quick list of supplies used following the steps to inspire you to try creating one yourself soon. :)

Step.1: Start with placing some dry vault pieces on the canvas
Step.2: Use clear Gesso and prime the canvas while sticking the pieces
Step.3: Stamp randomly with assorted stamps and black ink
Step.4: Use a stencil and modelling paste to add texture
Step.5: Time to play with color-sprays- Prima Donna Purple, Tibetan Poppy Teal, Bachelor Button Blue, Yellow Roses of Texas, Gossamer Gold, Magical Shakers, Polka Purple, Bavarian Blue, Yodelling Yellow.
Step.6: Emboss the chipboard elements: Polka Purple, Guten Tag Teal, Ceaser’s Gold.
Step.7: Color pieces of cheescloth with the sprays.
Step.8: Since for our canvas we use a focal chipboard coloring it the same way.
Step.9: At this point, add the contrast color on the canvas- Yellow in this case.
Step.10: Assemble and layer all the elements together.
Step.11: Add more interest with same stamping.
Step.12: Finish it off with other elements- flowers and feathers in this case.
And here we complete our Mixed Media Layout.
We have a complete video tutorial for this one. This shows all the lovely layers that build up one piece. A classic mixed media take and tutorial.

Thanks for stopping by to read out our blog tutorial , I hope you like it, please do share your comments and clap as much as you wish to appreciate the project.
