"Floral Stamping Card Layout" : Guest Inspiration by Priyanka Kantak

Hey everyone!

I am so thankful to Prika for giving me this opportunity to guest design for this month's challenge : Make it Bloom.

Flowers are a universal symbol of beauty. They are one of the best ways to express our feelings. So today I have a pictorial for a floral card!

List of supplies used :
  • Floral stamps of your choice
  • Black ink
  • Colours of your choice
  • White Cardstock
  • Coral cardstock
  • Ornate frame die set
  • Heart background stencil
  • Spatula
  • Nuvo embellishment mousse
  • Tumbled Glass distress oxide
  • Foam tape
  • Glue

Step.1: First die cut the Ornate frame-die from peach cardstock.

Step.2Stamp the sentiment from with black ink on the top right corner of the ornate frame die cut.

Step.3Stamp different flowers from the 'Beautiful you' stamp set by Catherine Pooler on white cardstock. I coloured a few and kept the rest as it is.

Step.4Glue the white floral images on the left side and foam mount the coloured ones in a cluster over them.

Step.5Now take some white cardstock measuring 6 × 12 inches and score it on the long side. You get a card base measuring 6 × 6 inches.
Take Tumbled Glass distress oxide ink and smoosh the ink pad directly on the paper in vertical stripes.

Step.6Next, with a help of a spatula carefully spread Nuvo embellishment mousse through the heart background stencil onto the smooshed card base.

Step.7Adhere the ornate floral die cut in the middle of the card base and my simple floral bloom card is ready!

Hope you liked my tutorial. I loved making this sweet floral card. Do you like it too?
