Envelope Flip book by DT Jaishree Bansal

Hello beautiful crafters,
DT member Jaishree this side! I am here with a picture tutorial for you all. I have created a Mini Envelope Flip book as an Inspiration project for our ongoing Blog Challenge.
This is a shabby chic style easy and quick to make Flip book. This makes for a perfect gift for girls.

So let’s dig in!
Step:1 . Creating envelopes (you can use store bought ones too, I like to make mine)
Take a pattern paper (double sided preferable) of the size 10x10 inch
Using your scoreboard and triangular attachment, score at 3 ¼ inch on opposite sides and 4 ¼ inch on the other opposite sides.
Fold and adhere any three sides and your envelope is ready. Make a total of 4 envelopes.

Step:2 . Take any two envelopes you want as your cover and second page, score at ½ inch on the flap. Insert one flap into the other and adhere the gussets.

Step:3 . Take the third envelope and score at 3/8 inch on the flap and adhere it with the first set of envelopes. Similarly, score at ¼ inch on the flap of the fourth envelope and adhere in the end.

Step:4 . Use note cards/pattern paper to create pockets on the envelopes.

Step:5. On the back side of each envelope, you can create flips and folds like these with magnetic or ribbon closures.

Step:6.  Finally before embellishing your front cover, adhere the ribbon for closure. Hide the ribbon to make it look seamless with your embellishments.

Here’s the walk through for the completed project:

Hope you liked the project and are inspired to make one of your own.
Until Next Time,
