Hello everyone.
I’m Shweta, a stay-at-home mom and a passionate self-taught crafter.
I was a software engineer by profession, when I got introduced to the world of paper crafting. I saw some paper quilling work of a colleague and instantly got attracted towards it.
I self-learnt the art of paper quilling and that was the start of my journey. I kept quilling on and off over a period of a few years when I slowly started self-learning the other craft forms — namely punch craft, mixed media, decoupage, scrapbooking, card making and so on. I’ve always dreamed of crafting as a profession, but some or the other hurdles kept coming my way.
Finally last year I started realising my dream when I launched my Facebook page. I also took to blogging and Instagram soon after.
I started crafting full time.
I specialise in mixed media, scrapbooking and card making. I absolutely love doing mixed media work. I love altering objects using this craft form. Apart from this I also do decoupage and paper quilling. I also love participating in different craft challenges.
I’m relatively new to this rapidly growing craft industry in India, but I would like to believe I’m here to stay. Crafting is not just any hobby for me, it has become my way of life.
