Hi Everyone!
Karolina here with a layout created
using my favourite photos of my son from
his last holiday in my homeland.
List
of product I have used:
yellow paper sheet
some scrapbooking papers from my stash
enamel
hearts
foam
tape
foam
inscription "Hello live"
ribbons
decorative
string
My main focus of this layout is tags, tags,
and more tags! I love using tags on all paper crafting projects to add
dimension and texture with the ribbon. They are great and fun in all different
sizes and shapes.
Here is my layout:
To
begin creating the layout I first laid out the papers and chose background
papers that were light and would contrasts nicely with the other elements.
Then begins the layering! I love ALL the layers when it comes to paper
crafting. I love dimension and how much depth you can create in a project by
simply layering your background pieces as well as your embellishments.
When
layering I began with putting my mats down flat and then alternate putting foam
tape or foam squares on the next layer that follows. Creating dimension without
making it too thick for your page protectors.
Tags don’t have to be used in a standard way. Simply to give some added shape and dimension. The little black & white tag I even cut in half so I could just have something fun sticking out between my other two tags for some added colour and to break up the patterns a bit. Then lastly I went through the layout and added some ribbon, foam inscription and enamel hearts to give it some fun little details to finish it off.
I
hope you all enjoy this layout as much as I enjoyed creating it! I can’t wait
to share more projects with you in the future!
Thank you.
Karolina
