Hello Crafty Folks,
I'm Manu and I'm back with another craft inspiration for you. This month's theme is 'Stars, Moon and Galaxy' and I decided to give Mixed Media a try for my whole tenure here at Prika.
My post today is an ode to calmness we all need in this mayhem, something we should take a moment and admire in the chaotic world today.
I have made a star-shaped mixed media.
To make this Mixed Media here is the list of the items needed.
- Star-shaped template.
- Pattern papers
- Circle-shaped wreath
- Flower and other die cuts
- Stencil, white pearls, etc
To make the MM, I drew the star pattern and then pasted a thick cardstock at the back and cut out leaving a little margin.
I then used the Stencil to add a little layering and then spritzed with a little purple mist.
I also applied gesso on the wooden wreath so that it gels nicely with the whole composition.
Next, I collected all my die cuts and assembled them to make a composition, here is the final result.
