Hello Crafty Peeps,
Myself Deekshita from myartsycraftsycollections. I'm home maker and SAHM for an active toddler. I came across this beautiful crafting community few years ago and then no looking back. Apart from card making I would love to get my hands on hand lettering and watercoloring.
I'm so honoured to be a Guest Inspirator at Prika for this month Challenge - 'Hello my Love'. Thank you Prika for this opportunity.
With the Valentine's day around the corner,
how about a simple love card ? Im excited to share a quick and simple card with you all :)
Supplies Used:
- Any A2 Size Top Folding Card for Base
- White Card Stock for Dry Embossed Card Panel
- Star - Die-cut
- Any colouring medium
- Versafine Onyx Black ink for Stamping
- Liquid glue and glossy accent
Step.1: I have dry embossed the white cardstock using Darice embossing folder. It gives subtle dimension to card.
Step.2: Coloured the Star die-cuts using nuvo alcohol markers - I haven't used traditional love colours but instead chose some pastels.
Step.3: Adhere the Star die cuts on one other using liquid glue. Now arrange them on the embossed panel in the heart pattern.
Step.4: I have stamped the sentiment from Lawnfawn using versafine onxy black on the embossed panel and used clear embossing powder and glossy accent to give glaze look.
Step.4: I have stamped the sentiment from Lawnfawn using versafine onxy black on the embossed panel and used clear embossing powder and glossy accent to give glaze look.
Step.5: Embossed panel was trimmed down and placed on top folding A2 sized card base. I adhered them using a double sided foam tape and liquid glue.
