Hello crafty friends!
Hope you are having a lovely day! This is my first post on Prika's blog and I hope you will like it. I was enjoying the rains with a hot cup of coffee and I just felt like using my favourite cutter bee scissors to do some fussy cutting.
So I started with this beautiful floral paper from Shimelle's Glitter Girl collection and started cutting all the flowers, even the most tiny ones. It took me few hours but I enjoy the process of intricate fussy cutting. It is very relaxing I must say!
Once all my flowers were cut, I decided to use them on a 12x12 scrapbook layout which is my favourite form of crafting. I chose a beautiful picture of me with my girls, and printed it in 3x4 size both in colour and black & white format.
With a white cardstock background and a torn strip of black polka dot paper to compliment, I used all the cut flowers around my pictures and created a kind of floral bouquet.
The layout was finished with a foam sticker title, stamped date, distress ink splatters in the same colours as the flowers and some stickers.
Here is the final layout with flowers from just one sheet of pattern paper.
Hope you liked this layout and reading through the post! Please leave me some love if you find it inspiring!
See you soon with another project. Have a great weekend!
Priti
