Message for all Craft Buddies?

Do not put yourself down just because you could not make something like someone else. Avoid comparing. The other person may have spent years of practice in achieving that particular project. Just try to better yourself every time and also keep on learning. There is something to learn from everyone.

Special Mention: I am so glad to have won the Prika Crafty Superstar 2019 – Card making Category. Thank you so much Priyanka.

A quick Inspiration : “ Enjoy your Ride: Shaker Card Tutorial "

Here is a fun tutorial for a shaker card.

Step.1: Take an A2 size white cardstock panel.
Using a cloud stencil, ink blend Mermaid Lagoon distress ink over it.
For the lower part, I used Mowed Lawn distress ink.

Step.2: Stamp the images from the 'Bicycle Built for you' stamp set by Lawn Fawn using black ink and colour them and then fussy cut them. You can colour with your choice of medium.

Step.3: Next stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set on the upper right using black ink. Also paste the house images on the stencilled panel.

Step.4: Then die cut white cardstock using 2 rectangles dies together (one smaller than the other)
This will get you the frame.

Step.5: Cut an acetate sheet of the same size as the stencilled panel. On the other side of the frame use double sided tape and adhere the acetate on the frame.

Step.6: The next step involves using sequins of your choice as shown. Using foam tape on the frame (on top of the acetate) stick it on the stencilled frame (having the sequins).

Step.7: Lastly, adhere the girl boy bicycle image on top of the acetate. And our shaker card is done! Hope you found it easy to make this card.
