Hi All,
I am excited to share this month’s challenge entry with you all! Keeping in with the trend of my previous posts, I have a simple card involving just inks and dies for you all this month as well. Let’s get started!
List of Supplies Used:
Distress inks
Dies for a frame - I chose a circle
Dies for a focal point - I went with butterflies
Sentiments and embellishments!
Steps of Making:
Step:1. Die cut a large circle for your base.
Step:2. I used the following colours to create a background. The beauty of this card is that you could use anything to create one! From background papers to watercolours...create a background you like!
Step:3. Die cut a frame and your focal point for the card.
Step:4. Create a base for the card.
Step:5. I used foam for the frame to give it some dimensions.
Step:6. Assemble the card
Step:7. Die cut necessary sentiments. For mine, I went with some words. Tip - if you like glossy accents but don’t want to invest in one, use some off brand glossy nail polish! It does the trick and I always love the way it turns out!
Step:8. Assemble the final card.
Voila! A simple card ready in less than an hour. I hope you like this card and feel free to share what you guys made! Can’t wait to see what you all create :)
Thanks,
Kavya
