Hello Crafty Fellas,
I am back again on Prika's Blog sharing with you all a "Floral Wreath Card Layout" as an Friday Craft Inspiration. Hope to see your sharing your valuable comments for the same.
Let’s see how I did this
Step.1: Making Wood Background
Take a white base card & score it on shorter side at every half inch.
Now take grey dye ink pad & use the blending tool to color the base.
Next take black dye ink & distress the edges also run the ink pad gently over the base card to give it a nice wood look.
Step.2: Stamping
➤ I used tubby craft “swirls & florals” stamp set here.
➤ Stamp lots & lots of long leaves & few flowers & small leaves.
➤ I used watercolors to color the flowers & dye inks to stamp leaves.
Step.3: Making Wreath
➤ First make a circle smaller than the width of your card.
➤ Take a quarter inch width & cut out the inside part of it to make a hollow circle.
➤ Now we gonna stick the long leaves on it as shown.
Repeat this all around the circle & keep changing the shades of leaves.
This is how it will look when done. Now add the small leaves & flowers onto it.
Just so you know I haven’t stick the long leaves completely onto each other, Instead just added glue to the bottom part only so that they look lift up.
Isn’t it looking beautiful already.
Step.4: Finishing Up!
Now take the wreath & place it on the base card. I used foam tapes to adhere it on the base card.
Finish up by adding a sentiment. And do not forget to adhere this base to a note card.
And here your card is done !
Now let’s see my favorite close up shot of this card.
Aahh I can keep looking at it and never get tired. 💕

Beautifully made project. Loved the distressed wooden background done so easily without stencils.
