Scrapbooking Layout Tutorial by CI Manasa Priya Yedla

Hey Gals,
I am back at Prika with a fun tutorial on how you can make a quick layout for yourself.
Scrapbooking layouts are lovely and can be accommodated in a scrapbooking or, frame it as is as a room or wall decor.. Great for gifting as well...

Prika is turning two and hence hosting a global event “The Crafty Superstar-2019“ to celebrate the occasion. In order to take part in the challenge, you can create any art using one or more products from the sponsors. All the details are listed over the blog.

So, I have chosen to go with a Vintage Spring theme layout. Hence used a maja designs vintage spring paper in pale pink with polka dots as my base. Went around the paper with scissors and distressed the edges in brown.

Now in order to create some texture, I used prima stencil with Immix texture paste from Expressions Craft and randomly added texture. Once dry, I went ahead with TECS, Anra Crafts chalk paints in the beautiful bubble gum pink and wine red shades and smooched them randomly.

Now using Little Birdie metallic spray I smoothed all the paints and brought them together.
Then, stamped using Ranger Archival Inks and Prima butterfly and flowers stamp and Mudra script stamp

Using Prima decorative tapes added randomly to give a vintage background with beautiful prints.
Now I finished the layout using some chipboard and Prima flowers.

And my beautiful layout is ready. Made a detailed self explanatory video tutorial for the same.. Please check that out here.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Please participate in the contest and grab a chance for your art to be showcased to the world along with some awesome goodies from our sponsors.
Until next time.. <3
