Hello Craftpreneurs,

Here we are back again with another crafter journey with us......"Craft Enthusiast of the Week…..Gulreet Kaur" a joyful person by heart, I must say a "Happy Panjabi"...its been a pleasure knowing her since initial days while gulreet has been kick starting her crafting journey….She is fantastic doing decoupage projects...and still exploring new styles of crafting. Let’s know more about her beginning and journey of being an craftprenuer, her passion, and some of her amazing projects she had worked upon.

This is what Gulreet speaks about her journey as a crafter and her story of being a craftpreneur….

Hi,Im Gulreet currently living in Gurgaon . I completed my schooling from Welhams Girls School, Dehradun and MBA from TAPMI, Manipal. After putting in 13 years as a Sales and Marketing Manager with Air India, I finally quit the corporate jungle for the 2 loves of my life, my kids and CRAFTING.

Her First Step to Crafting:

Crafting has been in my blood since I was a kid. My mum still has trunks full of stuff I would experiment on as a young girl. My school also gave quite an impetus to this hobby of mine and polished us in the field of crafting. I would experiment on my own as a child.Studies, Career, Marriage, kids happened but the crafter in me grew bigger and better as I always felt crafting is such a destresser. Now I am a full time crafter and love experimenting with different crafts.

Her Inspiration:

My inspiration comes from within me.

Her Most Favourite:

Decoupage….I love to decoupage…experiment with it and mix it with other craft techniques…its something I really enjoy.

Her Style of Crafting:

Simple, minimalistic and uncomplicated …..comes from the heart.

Future Plans:

Not really thought of that…I just enjoy what I do and hope others enjoy it too…
